Project Management

The Foundation Project Management Team will work towards delivering your solution on time and within budget while minimising risk to you the customer and your business.

Managing the implementation of your solution requires careful hands-on control of project costs, resources and timing. To achieve this Foundation bases its approach on the PRINCE II implementation methodology for a professional and organised approach to project management. We produce a detailed project plan scheduling a plan of events that need to be undertaken as part of the implementation process, taking into consideration the business processes, reporting requirements, education of all user and management.

At all times our Project Manager works in partnership with your internal project committee. A clearly defined project plan will give direction to the project committee and at the same time define the areas of responsibility within the project.

The diagram below shows how we are able to take a pilot system to live running. It also demonstrates the stages performed when implementing the solution. The methodology has been used many times and is proven to work successfully.

Essentially it incorporates four core elements:
