iConsultancy
Foundation has recently introduced a new service called iConsultancy.
This is a means of delivering consultancy and training services across
the Internet without the need for our consultant to be physically onsite,
and charged on an hourly basis. One of our consultants simply connects
to your system using Webex technology and performs the required work.
Each session can be delivered live using customer data, or pre-recorded and then downloaded from our website at any time. We are building a library of pre-recorded sessions for customers to purchase.
The benefits of iConsultancy include
- It’s more cost effective than normal onsite consultancy because you only pay for the time that the service takes to deliver rather than paying for a full day regardless of the time needed
- What’s more you don’t have to pay the travel and subsistence charges normally associated with onsite consultancy
