Financials

Financials, which is powered by SunSystems 5, enables managers to control their organisations by delivering financial information that can be analyzed in detail.

Financials is uniquely flexible but without adding implementation complexity. The different dimensions of an organizational activity can be reflected without having to prescribe a data relationship in advance, which means that the dimensions analyzed can change over time.

Collaboration is a 'next generation' collaborative solution for enterprise intranets, online construction communities, departmental solutions.

As a hosted extranet, Collaboration provides a comprehensive and secure hosted collaborative environment that can be used for document sharing, process management and knowledge capture, allowing all members of the project team, wherever located, to access project drawings, programs and reports.

Project Accounting has been developed in conjunction with leading contractors and delivers powerful cost control, site administration, works order management and valuation systems.

Project Accounting is a construction management system designed to empower the on-site team to effectively plan, monitor, and manage complex construction projects.

Project Accounting captures and integrates on-site and head office data for immediate and accurate costing and value management information.

Project Accounting provides a single focal point for the project team by integrating information from the disparate business functions - quantity surveying, site administration, buying, accounting, and payroll into one simple to use and complete business solution.

Tradex

Tradex is an on-line document trading exchange that has been developed to allow supply chain partners to send and receive electronic documents such as orders, invoices, and dispatch notes.

At the heart of construction operations lies the sourcing, procurement and administration of materials and service items. Cutting down on wasted time and expenditure demands a re-engineering of the full procurement cycle. The exchange and handling of hundreds, even thousands, of paper orders, invoices, and despatch notes means many man-hours are spent re-keying, checking and archiving these documents.

Using structured data and working within a secure environment, documents can also be made available for viewing and on line administration. This will remove the need for paper-based document handling and manual re-keying.
